A Tesla-certified workshop has the training, equipment and access to original parts required to safely repair Tesla's aluminium body, high-voltage system and driver assistance (ADAS). A regular workshop often lacks structural-damage certification and cannot always recalibrate sensors after a repair. AutoIn has been Tesla-authorised since 2013 and performs all work to Tesla's technical requirements so the factory warranty is preserved.
As a general rule you have the right to choose the workshop yourself, even though the insurer may suggest a partner workshop. AutoIn has framework agreements with most insurers, so in most cases you can choose us at no extra cost. If you are unsure, check your policy terms or ask us — we will help you with the dialogue towards the insurer.
Look for: relevant brand certification where required, documented EV expertise, a framework agreement with your insurer, a clear written assessment before work begins, a warranty on completed work, and good communication along the way. AutoIn meets these criteria, works to the manufacturers' requirements so the warranty is preserved, and handles the insurance settlement directly for you.
Ask: do you have relevant certification or documented experience with my car brand and drivetrain, what is the time estimate, do I get a rental car, what does the warranty cover, and do you settle directly with the insurer? A serious workshop answers all of this clearly. AutoIn provides a written assessment before work begins and a full warranty on all work we perform.
