I want to be a bit prepared before saying yes to a repair. Which questions should I ask the workshop in advance?

Ask: do you have relevant certification or documented experience with my car brand and drivetrain, what is the time estimate, do I get a rental car, what does the warranty cover, and do you settle directly with the insurer?
