My insurer suggested a specific workshop, but I would prefer to use you. Am I allowed to choose the workshop myself for an insurance claim?

As a general rule you have the right to choose the workshop yourself, even though the insurer may suggest a partner workshop. AutoIn has framework agreements with most insurers, so in most cases you can choose us at no extra cost. If you are unsure, check your policy terms or ask us — we will help you with the dialogue towards the insurer.
