About the Position

AutoIn Bilskade AS is looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our branch at Bjørnerud in Oslo. With us, you’ll have the opportunity to work with modern equipment in a professional work environment filled with exciting challenges every day.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct vehicle damage assessments both physically and digitally.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails.
  • Collaborate with customer service representatives, body repair specialists, and painters to assist customers with inquiries about repairs or appointments.
  • Facilitate efficient production processes.
  • Order parts in accordance with assessments.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Certified as an automotive damage repair technician or equivalent.
  • Experienced with DBS and damage assessments.
  • Service-minded, structured, and outgoing.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with various IT systems.
  • Holds a valid Category B driver’s license.

Together with AutoFrakt AS, we are developing two new facilities at Follestad Næringspark, with the first opening in the fall of 2023.
