We are looking for a Parts Warehouse Manager for our main facility in Oslo!

Are you seeking a varied and exciting role in a company with strong ambitions for the future? We are looking for a responsible and engaged Parts Warehouse Manager for our main facility in Oslo!

While your main base will be at Bjørnerud, you will also be responsible for organizing spare parts and supporting department managers with parts logistics across all our branches.

Who are you?

You are a structured and service-oriented person who thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly. Ideally, you have experience in logistics and warehousing, strong communication skills, and an interest in the automotive industry.

Your responsibilities:
  • Ordering parts based on DBS estimates and other requests.
  • Receiving and sorting incoming parts.
  • Coordinating the flow of parts between the warehouse and the workshop.
  • Collaborating closely with estimators and the repair workshop when receiving and ordering spare parts.
Desired qualifications:
  • Experience with DBS and preferably damage estimation.
  • Holder of a Class B driver’s license.
  • Experience in logistics and warehousing, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
  • Structured, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Responsible, independent, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about cars.
