I’d like to give feedback about my experience after the repair. How do I do that with you — do you send an SMS I can reply to, and what happens with the feedback afterwards?

After the repair, you’ll receive an SMS from us that you can reply to in order to rate the service you received, on a scale from 0 to 10.
